Senior Level, Lead/StaffMSH is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Tech Lead to lead cloud and infrastructure discovery initiatives across AWS, Azure, and complex on-prem environments. This hands-on role involves executing discovery work while guiding and supporting other developers on the project.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute cloud discovery for AWS and Azure using ServiceNow Service Graph Connectors
Design, configure, and optimize ITOM Discovery and CMDB data models to ensure accurate CI population and relationships
Perform horizontal discovery of complex infrastructure environments, including Oracle VDI farms
Validate, normalize, and reconcile discovered data within the ServiceNow CMDB
Troubleshoot discovery issues related to credentials, MID servers, patterns, and data integrity
Provide technical leadership and guidance to other ServiceNow developers and engineers on the project
Establish discovery best practices, standards, and documentation
Partner with stakeholders to ensure discovery aligns with operational and reporting needs
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB implementations
Deep expertise with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Graph Connectors for AWS and Azure
Proven experience with horizontal discovery of complex infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation
Experience working with Oracle-based infrastructure; Oracle VDI experience strongly preferred
Ability to operate as a hands-on technical lead while mentoring and supporting other developers
