Responsibilities

Assist the Medical Informatics and Data Science team on projects related to improving the quality of data in ambulatory health
Assist in mining new data to support Life Sciences Solutions
Improve large research datasets
Use medical code to guide research
Work alongside Medical Informaticists on tasks involving and revolving code set management and value set creations
Perform additional duties and provide additional support as directed by manager

Qualification

Required

Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or higher degree program in Health or Medical Informatics, Nursing, or related discipline
Be familiar with medical code sets such as but not limited to SNOMED, ICD, NDC, and RxNorm

Preferred

Have a 3.0+ GPA
Have a clinical background
