Responsibilities
Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned US-based healthcare accounts; build executive and operational relationships to drive long-term retention
Lead and execute customer onboarding and implementation plans, coordinating product, support, and professional services to achieve time-to-value milestones
Develop and manage tailored success plans that increase product adoption, monitor usage, and measure impact against agreed KPIs and outcomes
Own renewal and expansion processes: surface upsell opportunities, lead renewal negotiations, and collaborate with Sales to convert expansions
Monitor customer health using NPS, product usage, and revenue metrics; design and deploy churn-mitigation playbooks to protect retention
Convey customer feedback and prioritized feature requests to Product and Engineering; manage escalations and maintain accurate CRM documentation
