The CEO will lead two physician-centered nonprofit organizations, guiding strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening their impact across the Inland Empire.
Medical Practice
Responsibilities
Provide strategic and executive leadership across RCMA, IEFMC, and affiliated nonprofits
Serve as the primary liaison to physician-led Boards of Directors
Oversee financial stewardship, operational performance, and regulatory compliance
Lead and support senior leadership and staff
Represent the organizations with physicians, partners, and stakeholders
Balance organizational continuity with thoughtful innovation
Qualification
Required
Senior executive leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit, association, or related environments
Proven success working with Boards and physician leadership
Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen
Collaborative, transparent, and values-driven leadership style
Preferred
Experience managing multi-entity or complex organizations
