Responsibilities
Create and design materials for print and digital assets including banners, signs, social media graphics, sales collateral, email templates, and website content
May provide assistance on customized proposal needs for business development team
Gain growth experience working with professional photography and videography
Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all projects
Work closely with the marketing team, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs
Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate the desired message to our target audience
Maintain organized files and records of all design projects, ensuring easy access and reference for future use
Assist in marketing coordination tasks to support corporate marketing and external marketing needs
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (including but not limited to PowerPoint), and graphics file formats
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly
Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Experience with the Adobe Suite of products including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
A minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment
Preferred
Experience in Adobe Premiere or After Effects a plus, but not required
