Reinke Manufacturing Co., Inc. is advancing the future of irrigation, and they are seeking a Regional Technical Products Sales Manager to be the primary expert and frontline support for their technology products. This role focuses on driving sales performance while providing support to dealers and end-users across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Serves as the primary product expert for all assigned technology products
Main point of contact for dealers and end‑users on sales, service, and support
Manages product requirements, vision, troubleshooting, last‑time‑buy planning, and promotional programs
Executes sales and direct customer‑support activities within an assigned territory
Coordinates with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Supports design, sales, service, and account management for products like CropX, ReinCloud, RC10, VRI, RPM panels, Navigator GPS, and related technologies
Works closely with Territory Managers and dealerships to meet agreed‑upon sales goals
Handles daily inbound/outbound support calls for dealers and end‑users
Provides exceptional troubleshooting and customer support
Develops dealer‑specific action plans to achieve sales objectives

Required

Must live within sales territory (easter region or southern region) and within 2–3 hours of a major airport
Strong knowledge of irrigation customer needs and available products
3–5+ years in product development, technical sales, marketing, support, engineering, or similar fields
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Ability to handle confidential business information
Commitment to meeting sales goals and continuous improvement
Extensive domestic and international travel required

Preferred

Preferably 5+ years in mechanized irrigation
