Responsibilities
Gather data and conduct ad hoc analyses as directed by other department team members
Responsible for creating, modifying, and updating analysis
Create models to monitor financial trends in revenue and costs while also assisting in the understanding of those trends
Analyze the financial performance of all business lines, identify favorable and unfavorable trends, develop recommendations to improve trends and communicate recommendations to management
Provide support through the research and investigation of business issues related to cost, utilization, and revenue data
Identify and monitor cost/ revenue and utilization trends
Financial forecasting
Budget to actual analysis and explanation of variances
Compile and report monthly statistical information
Assist with annual budget preparation
Assist with ongoing projects as needed
Assist with month/year end general ledger closings as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with a concentration in Business, Finance or Accounting
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables) experience required
Microsoft Power BI experience required
Ability to establish workload priorities and balance projects
Detail Oriented
Self-motivated, creative problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaborate through strong communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Power BI : 2 years (Required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel : 2 years (Required)
