Responsibilities
Own and drive commercial growth across the US & Canadian markets
Convert existing relationships and ready-to-move clients into signed deals
Sell BPO, RPO, CX, IT, and offshore workforce solutions
Lead enterprise and mid-market sales cycles end-to-end
Act as a senior commercial representative of Korfshore in North America
Qualification
Required
Proven BPO / RPO experience (compulsory)
Strong track record in selling outsourcing or recruitment solutions
Active client relationships or immediate deal pipeline
Deep understanding of US & Canada buying cycles
Self-starter comfortable in a senior, build-and-scale role
