Business Development Representative
Ultra Consultants is a vendor-independent consulting firm specializing in helping manufacturing and distribution organizations improve performance. The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in introducing prospects to the value of Ultra’s consulting services and generating new opportunities for the organization.
Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to prospects in our target market using email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
Engage and educate VP- and C-level decision makers in manufacturing and distribution about Ultra’s consulting services and transformation capabilities
Qualify prospects and generate new sales opportunities that align with Ultra Consultants’ service offerings
Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and opportunities
Build a strong understanding of Ultra’s core services, including: Business Process Improvement, ERP & Enterprise Technology Selection, Implementation Management, Change Management & Organizational Adoption, and Digital & Business Transformation Consulting
Qualification
Required
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
Excels in communication, relationship-building, and proactive outreach
Comfortable initiating conversations and selling to executive-level prospects
Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career in sales
Thrives in a fully remote environment and works well independently
All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
Ultra does not sponsor work visas
Preferred
Experience with manufacturing or distribution industries is a plus, but not required
