Qualification
Required
Strong background in loan processing, underwriting, and compliance with federal regulations such as FNMA, TILA, and Fair Housing laws
Solid understanding of mortgage servicing, credit analysis, and banking procedures
Comfortable running a full pipeline independently
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Coachable, organized, and motivated to grow
Confident, professional, and ethical
Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
Able to manage leads and follow-up effectively
Preferred
Active NMLS license
Proven closing ability
Experience with HELOC, DSCR, refi, or commercial products
Benefits
20% commission — No NMLS license required
25%–35% commission — NMLS licensed (based on experience & performance)
