Responsibilities
Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and load a variety of items safely and efficiently into the truck
Sorting and Recycling: Identify items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal
Site Clean-Up: Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed
Friendly Interactions: Greet customers warmly, explain our services, and answer their questions
Problem Solving: Offer solutions tailored to customers’ unique junk removal needs
Upsell Services: Identify and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
On-Site Sales: Provide cost estimates and explain pricing in a way that builds trust and confidence with customers
Promote Services: Highlight the benefits of our services and encourage add-ons where applicable
Close Deals: Build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals, contributing to the company’s growth
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammate(s) to plan, execute, and complete jobs efficiently
Maintain open communication with the team and management to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely
Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service
Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services
Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a small team environment
Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes)
Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential to success in this role
