Responsibilities
Manage projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, logistics, and billing
Coordinate tree preservation, relocation, custom planting, transplanting, and aftercare
Schedule crews, equipment, deliveries, and site access
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams
Ensure projects follow ANSI standards, arboricultural best practices, and company protocols
Track progress, manage changes, and keep projects on time and on budget
Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and project records
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience in project management, operations, construction, landscaping, arboriculture, or related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfort working with field teams, clients, and external partners
A proactive, accountable mindset
Passion for sustainability, stewardship, and making decisions in the best interest of the trees
