Responsibilities
Determines and develops user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability
Manual Testing and Automation Testing: - Selenium Webdriver, UIPath, Appium, Selenium IDE
Bug Tracking Tools: Jira, QMetry, QC/ALM, TFS
Should have proven analytical abilities, experience in generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Good to have proficiency with SQL

Qualification
Required
Must have Unemployment Insurance Domain Exp (Tax/ Benefits) (Preferred PS-US Acc) for Business Analyst
Need skill set for business requirements analysis (Atleast 6 years)
Should be able to provide business solutions, prototypes, use cases for customer requirements
