Lead intake meetings to define role requirements and success profiles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
Proactively source via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and job boards
Conduct recruiter screens and candidate assessments
Manage active pipelines and candidate communications
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through process
Support offer stage coordination and closing efforts
Maintain accurate ATS records and reporting
Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical talent
Strong candidate assessment and screening capability
Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and executives
Highly organized, responsive, and self-directed
ATS proficiency required
Preferred
Semiconductor, hardware, or tech recruiting experience strongly preferred
