Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters (auto, premises liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, etc.)
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages
Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial when applicable
Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Collaborate with a seasoned team of attorneys and support staff
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license (in good standing)
4+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff-side preferred)
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Comfortable managing cases with minimal hand-holding
Team-oriented, motivated, and client-focused mindset
Preferred
Trial experience is a plus but not required
