Responsibilities

Own and support month-end close reporting, including generation, validation, and analysis of results
Prepare and maintain consolidated financials, including eliminations, across multiple U.S. and international entities
Develop and distribute recurring financial reporting packages for leadership
Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support decision-making
Build and enhance automated reporting using BI, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
Assist with purchase accounting and integration of newly acquired entities
Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, IT, procurement, logistics, and other teams
Improve balance sheet reconciliations and streamline reporting processes
Deliver analytical insights that improve operational performance, visibility, and scalability

Required

Experience with financial consolidations and eliminations in either public accounting or industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Comfort operating in a hybrid accounting and finance role
Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Ability to engage deeply with the business and operate outside of a traditional desk-bound role
Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic, high-growth, private equity–backed environment

Preferred

Public accounting background (Big 4 or large regional firm), though not required
Exposure to inventory-driven or manufacturing environments
Experience supporting M&A activity and purchase accounting
Background working in multi-entity and/or global organizations
Prior experience using AI or automation tools to enhance reporting and analysis
