Responsibilities

Engaging technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future needs
Execute creative infrastructure solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
Partner across Architecture, Engineering, Dev, and SRE functions
Contribute to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies
Participate in architecture governance bodies
Develop secure high-quality production code
Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of infrastructure appl applications and systems

Required

10+ years in application development or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in observability/SRE-related initiatives
Proven experience with distributed systems, cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architectures
Strong expertise with observability tools and frameworks (Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
Solid knowledge of SRE practices, including SLO/SLI development, error budgets, incident management, and chaos engineering
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containers, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible etc.)
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive cross-functional alignment
In-depth knowledge of diverse and emerging technologies and new architectural concepts and principles
Good experience architecting large scale, mission critical, cloud-native applications for enterprises

Preferred

Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Knowledge of integration of tools and technologies like mulesoft, Camel, message streaming services
