Responsible for academic advancement, mentorship, and career development of the faculty, fellows and staff
Support clinicians and investigators across multiple specialties and multiple sites
Partner closely with clinical and operational leaders across YSM, Yale Medicine, and the Yale New Haven Health System
Guide administrative, budgetary, and philanthropic efforts
Strengthen the alignment of the academic mission with clinical growth in an expanding statewide health system
Champion for innovation and inclusivity in leadership
Recruit and advance highly qualified faculty, staff, and trainees

Qualification

Required

An MD, DO, or MD/PhD
Board certification in pulmonary, critical care and/or sleep medicine
