Responsibilities
Lead Business-Focused Projects: Drive cross-functional insurance product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams (e.g., underwriting, claims, marketing, legal) to ensure project success

Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in a business manager or director role in the insurance industry, with experience leading formal business projects (e.g., pricing, compliance, process improvements)
Strong background in insurance products and business operations (not IT-focused)
Experience driving formal projects with measurable outcomes, leading cross-functional teams, and managing project lifecycles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
