New Business Development Representative – Automotive (ICE Powertrain)
ZYNP International Corp is a Tier One and Tier Two automotive supplier specializing in ICE Powertrain solutions, and they are seeking a motivated New Business Development Representative. This role involves maintaining select customer relationships while actively identifying and developing new customers and new accounts in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow relationships with assigned customers
Identify and pursue new customers, new accounts, and new business opportunities
Develop and execute new business and market entry strategies
Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and activity reporting
Represent the company at customer visits, industry events, and trade shows
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met
Qualification
Required
Automotive industry experience is required
Prior experience in the automotive industry (required)
Strong understanding of ICE powertrain systems
Proven sales experience with the ability to demonstrate successful deal closures
Demonstrated negotiation skills, including the ability to influence outcomes and reach mutually beneficial agreements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 40%)
5-10 years' experience
