Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
KidsTLC is a non-for-profit organization providing integrative Autism services, and they are seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision while working collaboratively with other professionals in a supportive clinical model.

Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, design relative treatment plan, goals and programming in line with assessment results
Design and oversee data-driven programming and intervention for assigned clients based on industry best-practice standards and progress made towards achievement of client goals
Actively lead and participate in meetings, training and professional development opportunities specific to both clients and RBTs
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of ASD and ABA instructional methodologies
Conduct Case Management of clients
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship of assigned RBTs and supervisees
Maintaining appropriate records and notes
Direct support to clients as needed
Maintaining appropriate records and notes
Working as part of a team
Ability to work full time hours
Performing duties and responsibilities within the scope of their BCBA certification and licensure
Staff training and mentorship
Direct 1:1 support to clients as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age to work or volunteer at Kids TLC
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure
Proficient knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instructional methodologies
Ability to work full time hours
