Responsibilities
Help guide the SEO and GEO strategy across multiple clients and industries
Develop new frameworks and KPIs that translate organic visibility into measurable business impact
Collaborate across media, analytics, and CRO teams to build cohesive, data-driven performance strategies
Lead and mentor a focused high-performing SEO team, fostering skill development, accountability, and operational excellence
Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making that empowers the team to deliver results
Translate complex SEO insights into actionable guidance, enabling the team to inform and influence clients with confidence
Lead client content strategy informed by detailed measurement to improve client visibility and authority
Oversee keyword research, content gap analysis, content briefs and article production that align with brand tone, intent, and performance goals
Implement highly efficient content workflows utilizing automation and industry best practices
Develop and oversee content production to support client organic search visibility in traditional search and LLMs
Ensure SEO best practices across site architecture, structured data, crawlability, accessibility, and page experience
Oversee technical audits and indexing strategies that enhance site performance and organic reach
Implement automation and AI-driven tools to streamline technical analysis and reporting
Translate search and content insights into strategic recommendations that drive measurable growth for clients
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, connecting SEO performance to broader marketing objectives and guiding clients through evolving search and AI trends
Define and operationalize Generative AI Optimization practices
Integrate AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency, ideation, and strategic insights
Stay ahead of emerging search trends and rapidly-evolving LLM-driven innovation
Qualification
Required
Must be located in Arizona (or open to relocation)
12+ years of SEO experience, ideally agency-side or multi-brand
Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills
Deep technical and editorial SEO expertise (schema, indexing, accessibility, UX, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
Experience integrating AI and automation into SEO and content workflows
Understanding of LLM ecosystems, structured data, and next-gen search models
