Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with each HR leadership team member to review the current state of data analytics, and work to centralize all HR data collection and analysis. Work to understand the HR data needs, and develop solutions to deliver high quality data analysis in a timely fashion
Build relationship with IT to coordinate on data management capability, access, and deployment
Work with HRBPs to develop and deliver standard data for their businesses, as well as respond to ad-hoc data requests
Leveraging Ai and other company resources, combined with experience, to provide data-driven solutions that enable better and more informed decision making, and ultimately better equip HR and the business to perform their functions in a more timely and efficient manner
Manage X-energy’s stock plan administration, and serve as the central resource for participant and leadership questions related to their equity plans
Ensure compliance with rules and regulations related to equity plans, working with our 3rd party administrator, and support total rewards, finance and legal on the data needed for various required SEC filings
Support the Compensation Committee data requests, working with the CHRO and head of total rewards, on burn rate calculations and annual stock plan budget preparation
Work with head of total rewards and legal on preparation of various tables for the CD&A and annual proxy preparation
Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; Masters Degree a plus
3+ years in Stock Administration for a public company required, preferably utilizing either Fidelity or Morgan Stanley stock administration platforms
Experience as a compensation or financial analyst is desirable
Working in a fast paced environment, with some ambiguity, and dealing with multiple priorities
Excel and Powerpoint expert level preferred
