Responsibilities
Design power distribution, lighting/controls, and fire alarm systems
Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and creating single-line diagrams
Produce construction documents, specs, and technical reports
Ensure compliance with NEC, IBC, and local codes
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary MEP teams
Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings)
Qualification
Required
BS EE required
4+ years in electrical MEP design
EIT required
Experience with both AutoCAD and Revit to prepare drawings & construction documents
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
PE a plus
Experience with critical infrastructure projects a plus (i.e. Hospitals, EOCs, Data Centers, Network Operations Centers, Critical Commercial Infrastructure)
