As a Project / Program Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in project and program management within the civil and rail engineering sectors, working closely with the project management team to contribute to the successful planning and execution of various civil projects.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure alignment with Program goals, individual project goals, timelines, and budgets
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project plans; prepare regular updates for stakeholders
Communication: Act as a liaison, facilitating effective communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow
Schedule Management: Contribute to developing and maintaining individual project as well as overall program schedules; monitor progress and address any timeline deviations
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, contractors) to achieve project milestones
Learning and Development: Utilize this internship to gain insights into civil engineering project management
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management from an ABET/EAC accredited program
Proficiency in electronic communication (e-mail, text) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment
Strong team collaboration skills
High attention to detail, data trends, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to accuracy
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
No prior experience required
