The intern will engage in various projects, assist with physician recruitment plans, and gain practical experience while collaborating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Undertakes an internship designed to provide on-the-job training and experience
Engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity, structured to enable the intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level
Undertake and/or participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization
Assisting with the development of physician recruitment plans
Performing initial interview and outreach processes to determine provider’s eligibility
Outreach to recruit eligible providers into applicable Networks
Coordinating recruitment activities with project leads
Provides detailed tracking of all work, either in process or completed
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Entry Level Role
Requires High School Diploma
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Data Analytics/Science, Finance and Health Administration or related field
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office including Advanced Excel skills preferred
