Sales & Strategic Partnerships Manager

They are seeking a Sales & Strategic Partnerships Manager to own revenue growth across inbound sales, outbound re-engagement, and strategic partner development.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead intake through onboarding
Run discovery calls to qualify prospects and ensure a strong mutual fit
Lead strategy sessions, mapping prospect needs to Grow Nearby solutions
Close deals and ensure paperwork completion and payment collection
Maintain consistent, value-driven follow-up throughout the pipeline
Schedule and attend onboarding meetings with new clients
Meet or exceed monthly MRR and closed-deal targets
Manage and maintain CRM systems (GoHighLevel and Zoho)
Document and track all funnel activity, opportunity stages, and deal status
Ensure accurate reporting on leads, pipeline, sales activity, and performance
Monitor inbound channels (website, phone, social, referrals) and ensure rapid follow-up
Re-engage dormant leads from existing company databases via phone and email
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with industry partners and holding groups
Coordinate partner lead exchanges and ongoing relationship development
Conduct outbound outreach to establish new strategic partnerships
Represent Grow Nearby at industry events and partner meetings
Manage and support a small sales team
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and sales resources
Ensure individual and team performance meets or exceeds KPIs
Assist with researching, building, maintaining, and distributing lead databases
Monitor marketing campaign performance and lead quality
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve campaign effectiveness
Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, contracts, and sales enablement materials
Travel to and attend industry events
Coordinate and support event execution
Collect leads and build relationships before, during, and after events

Required

3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
Proven experience managing a full sales cycle and closing deals
Strong CRM experience (GoHighLevel and/or Zoho preferred)
Comfortable leading strategy-driven sales conversations
Experience managing or mentoring sales team members
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to balance inbound demand with outbound growth initiatives
Willingness to travel for industry events
