Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

Creating invoices according to company practices using Enviroware and SAP software
Maintains and updates customer files in SAP, including name or address changes
Corresponds with Customer Service regarding invoice questions, statement of accounts, credits and other billing related issues
Processes and creates customer credits as needed
Reviews invoices for accuracy
