Creating invoices according to company practices using Enviroware and SAP software
Maintains and updates customer files in SAP, including name or address changes
Corresponds with Customer Service regarding invoice questions, statement of accounts, credits and other billing related issues
Processes and creates customer credits as needed
Reviews invoices for accuracy
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to work with financial data and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools
Clear, professional communication skills for collaborating across teams
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to shifting needs
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with financial policies
