Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic communication plans
Work with the INW Executive team and other team members, providing strategic support and all communications assistance
Use communications expertise in positioning and messaging to support the INW Region’s growth and retention objectives
Provide comprehensive tactical support, assistance with daily activities and project support
Assist in crafting internal newsletters, leadership updates and employee communication campaigns
Oversee and deliver regional new employee orientation. Collaborate with the INW Executive team and Human Potential to create a cultural experience that is engaging and supports employee belonging
Form strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to support strategic and operational initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience producing (writing and editing) communication content and materials
Experience working with executives, key stakeholders to support communication needs

Preferred

Minimum of one year of experience working in healthcare field preferred
