Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging virtual or in-person design thinking workshops (10–25 participants)
Guide teams through Empathize → Define → Ideate → Prototype → Test phases
Capture key insights, synthesize findings, and produce a Post-Workshop Insights Report
Customize workshop activities to the client’s industry, audience, and challenges
Translate workshop outcomes into user-centric web and digital designs
Create sitemaps, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with developers and internal teams for seamless execution
Deliver high-fidelity, brand-aligned design assets and specs
Workshop agendas and participant materials
Facilitated design thinking sessions (1–3 days each)
Insights report with user journey maps and opportunity areas
Web design deliverables: wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
Developer-ready design package
Qualification
Required
4+ years in UX design, design thinking, or service design
Proven track record facilitating collaborative, creative workshops
Strong portfolio showing human-centered digital design
Excellent communication and synthesis skills
Preferred
Certifications in Design Thinking / UX Strategy
