Responsibilities
Join a busy national Insurance Fraud/Special Investigation practice
Work on cases including medical provider fraud, RICO, commercial and personal lines staged loss, PIP, UM/BI, workers compensation and other practices areas
Serve the insurance industry as part of a national unit
Engage in fraud/special investigations and no fault litigation filed in all fifty (50) States
Collaborate with a litigation group that supports professional development
Receive constant and constructive feedback from experienced lawyers
Market, get published, and attend industry events if desired
Qualification
Required
