Responsibilities
Oversee personnel, perform employee supervision, and handle administrative taskings
Manage assignments, scheduling, and deployment of personnel
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope
Identify and mitigate project risks
Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings
Ensure compliance with project management standards and protocols
Qualification
Required
Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI
Experience leading technical and administrative teams in project management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
In-depth knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
Solid foundation in risk management, resource allocation, and budget management
Expertise in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones
Proficiency with project management software and tools
5 – 7 years of industry or relevant DoD experience
Ability to interpret complex project data and communicate findings effectively
Preferred
Technical experience and subject matter knowledge
Experience with government or defense project management
Background in managing cross-functional teams
Experience with change management processes
Knowledge of project scheduling techniques
Familiarity with automated project tracking and reporting tools
Experience in stakeholder management and communication
BS in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and 5-7 years of directly related experience
