Oversee the coordination and execution of installation projects, ensuring quality work is delivered on time and within budget
Manage installation teams, scheduling, supervising installation activities, inspecting completed work, and maintaining effective communication with clients
Troubleshoot issues on-site, provide progress updates, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise installation teams effectively
Project management skills, including scheduling and managing project timelines
Technical knowledge of doors, frames, hardware and installation processes
Problem-solving abilities to address issues on-site efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and ensure their satisfaction
Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related fields are advantageous
Preferred
Previous experience in installation management or the construction and building materials industry preferred
