Responsibilities
Investigate shop-floor issues and perform root cause analysis
Support CPI/NPI initiatives (Six Sigma/DMAIC exposure preferred)
Collaborate with design engineers and manufacturing teams
Review drawings, perform basic calculations, and support design validation
Work closely with suppliers and technicians to implement solutions
Qualification
Required
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology
1–3+ years of manufacturing or shop-floor engineering experience
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read engineering drawings
Comfortable working on the production floor (no remote work)
Preferred
CPI/NPI initiatives (Six Sigma/DMAIC exposure preferred)
