Digital Marketing Manager
Negative Inc. is a profitable intimates apparel brand seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee their advertising performance across multiple platforms. The role involves managing a multi-million dollar budget, developing creative strategies, and ensuring accurate attribution to drive marketing efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
Audit our current campaigns, attribution setup, and reporting—identify what's working, what's broken, and what's being left on the table
Take ownership of day-to-day platform management and establish your weekly reporting cadence
Ship your first creative test and landing page experiment, with clear learnings documented
Build trust by being the person who sees what others miss and fixes problems before they're asked
Launch multiple creative concepts per channel based on performance data, not gut feel
Complete 3+ landing page tests with documented winners implemented
Reduce blended CAC by 5-10% while maintaining or growing spend (this is the job)
Deliver an attribution audit: what are we measuring well, where are we flying blind, and what should we do about it?
Present H2 budget recommendations that the CSO and CDO actually trust
Create an evergreen creative testing framework that generates consistent lift without needing you in every meeting
Establish a landing page optimization playbook so wins get institutionalized, not forgotten
Scale spend 20-30% YoY while hitting CAC targets (growth is easy; profitable growth is the game)
Own the attribution stack: evaluate our tools annually, implement incrementality tests, and make sure leadership trusts how we're measuring marketing impact
Build dashboards that tell the truth—platform metrics AND blended business performance
Develop quarterly creative strategies that align product launches, seasonal moments, and media investment
Become the strategic advisor on all digital acquisition decisions
Build predictive models that make planning easier and more accurate
Adapt our measurement approach as privacy degrades platform attribution
Lead marketing mix conversations and help allocate budget across the entire funnel
Teach the organization what works in performance marketing—and why
Qualification
Required
4-6 years in DTC performance marketing, ideally fashion/apparel
Experience managing serious budgets
Ability to scale spend profitably
Understanding of attribution and its limits
Deep expertise in Facebook and Google
Familiarity with Pinterest and TikTok
Experience with attribution platforms
Ability to design tests with clear hypotheses
Ability to document learnings
Ability to translate performance data into executive insights
Hands-on experience with platforms
Ability to advocate for budget shifts professionally
Understanding of DTC unit economics, subscription/repeat purchase behavior, and how to scale paid acquisition
