Own and execute paid acquisition across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok Ads
Build and test short-form creatives:
Reels / TikToks / Shorts
Diaspora-tailored copy and messaging
Improve conversion across the funnel:
Landing pages
Onboarding
Activation flows
Track and optimize performance:
CAC, activation rate, retention
Cost per funded transaction
Campaign ROI + learning velocity
Provide weekly performance insights to leadership:
What worked / what didn’t
Next tests
Recommendations for product + pricing improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Growth / Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
Proven ability to manage paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end
Hands-on expertise with: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Hands-on expertise with: TikTok Ads
Hands-on expertise with: short-form content creation
Strong copywriting + messaging ability, especially for trust-based products
Ability to optimize landing pages and onboarding funnels
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with: CAC, activation rate, retention
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with: attribution and conversion tracking
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with: dashboards and reporting
Ability to work fully remote, independently, with high ownership
Fluent in English
Preferred
Creole and/or Portuguese
Experience in fintech, remittances, or diaspora-focused products
Cape Verdean / African diaspora background
