Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
10+ years of experience
Proven success in a managerial role
Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
Experience in conducting performance evaluations
Working knowledge of human-resources processes
Strong decision-making ability
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
In-depth understanding of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), space systems and space domain awareness, or launch systems, with related missile programs and space technologies preferred
