Sr. Analyst, Customer Operations Arrears Command Center
Con Edison is a leading energy company, and they are seeking a Sr. Analyst for their Arrears Command Center credit team. This role involves synthesizing and preparing customer data to support strategic evaluations, performing in-depth analyses on credit and collections, and identifying operational improvements.

Responsibilities
Identify and analyze business process improvements and develop supporting process documentation
Provide analyses of key business processes and develop best practices recommendations
Prepare various ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management
Respond to data requests and prepares statistical analysis reports for management as required
Research and benchmark industry trends pertaining to Credit and Collections
Query Oracle, SQL, Cloud, and OpenData databases and APIs to perform data analyses
Develop operational and management reports using Power BI
Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
Collects, maintains and analyzes data necessary for the work specific to the group's needs
Explores and implements new methods for analyzing data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of related experience
Expert level skills in SQL, and PowerBI, required
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, required
Strong analytical skills particularly in analyzing the complexity of trends and processes, required
Must have ability to interact with various levels of senior management, required
Driver's License Required
Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers
Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed
