Microsoft Power Platform Developer
HukariAscendent is a Women-Owned, Small Business specializing in comprehensive engineering and technical support services associated with commercial nuclear power and other Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear activities. We are seeking a skilled professional to architect, build, and implement collaboration solutions that fully leverage the capabilities of Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) High Power Platform.
Responsibilities
Architect, build, and implement collaboration solutions
Maintain customer-focused approach
Participate in cross-functional issue identification and solution development
Maintain documentation related to software development
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Contribute ideas for process improvements
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations, including data privacy and cybersecurity standards
May need to travel to attend business-related matters
Qualification
Required
Accredited four (4)-year degree in applicable field of study and five (5) years of work-related experience OR a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years if non-degreed
Proof of U.S. citizenship is required
Experience with Microsoft 365 Applications in GCC High Tenant including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, PowerBI, Dataverse, and Data Compliance tools across on-premises, Azure/O365 cloud, and hybrid configured environments
Experience transforming legacy SharePoint workflows (SharePoint 2016/SharePoint Designer) to modern Power Automate flows, leveraging JSON and diverse data types
Experience with SharePoint Subscription Service
Knowledge of Government Compliance, Data Security, and NIST 800-171 Risk Compliance Standards
Experience with Data and Document Management Control Workflow Processes design and implementation; Engineering and Construction Control Workflow Processes design and implementation
Application Support, Requirements Gathering, Data Analysis, and Documentation; developing and executing queries and reports
Experience with Change Management, Release Management, and Incident Ticketing systems
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Ability to maintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes; coordinate and lead project status meetings; confirm milestones and ensure goals are achieved
Preferred
Knowledge of CMMC framework and NIST 800-171 controls
Experience in nuclear, energy, or engineering/construction industries
Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to Power Platform application development
Experience contributing to enterprise-level software applications development
Experience guiding and sharing knowledge with other IT staff
