Staffing Agency

Responsibilities

Franchise accounting
Gift card accounting
Credit card reconciliations
Third-party delivery reconciliations
Researching any discrepancies
Bank reconciliations
Journal entries and financial statement preparation
General administrative support
Assisting Accounts Payable with tasks related to month-end

Qualification

BBA in AccountingAccounting experienceExcel proficiencyERP systemsFranchise accountingPositive attitudeOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

BBA in Accounting or Finance degree
1-3 years of proven accounting experience
Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Capable of managing multiple tasks with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

Experience with an ERP and Blackline
Franchise accounting experience
Experience in inventory accounting or job cost accounting
