Responsibilities
Coordinate Human Resource systems, processes, and policies related to employee data management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize Human Resource systems performance
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Support data analysis, reporting, and data visualization to drive Human Resource decision-making
Coordinate with Human Resource teams to ensure smooth execution of workforce administration processes
Implement updates and enhancements to Human Resource systems to improve data management efficiency
Provide user support and training on Human Resource systems and processes
Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity
Assist in compliance audits and regulatory reporting related to workforce administration
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational School Diploma
Two or more years of relevant experience
Ability to build collaborative relationships
Basic knowledge and skill in data entry, data verification, and reconciliations
Skills in customer service, research, and use of Human Capital Management (HCM) information system
Problem management
Oral and written communication skills
Clerical skills
Attention to detail
Preferred
Vocational Training/Degree may be preferred or required (some profiles may require additional education)
