Territory Vice President

Responsibilities
Lead sales organization including Account Executives, Solution Architects, and aligned consulting resources to achieve territory revenue and growth objectives
Develop and execute business plans focused on AI/analytics-led transformation, executive relationship building, and expansion into new divisions and business units
Build and maintain C-suite relationships across strategic healthcare accounts, positioning Teradata as a strategic partner for data-driven business outcomes
Drive solution-led sales strategies that demonstrate clear ROI through AI agents, advanced analytics, and modern data platforms
Partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Services teams to align customer needs with Teradata capabilities and roadmap
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing teams
5+ years of enterprise account management with demonstrated success growing strategic accounts
Proven track record achieving revenue goals and leading teams to exceed targets
Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-suite on business outcomes and strategic vision
Experience selling data, analytics, or AI solutions in complex enterprise environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Willingness to travel up to 60%
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Deep understanding of healthcare business challenges and how AI/analytics drive solutions
Experience positioning AI, agentic analytics, or outcome-based technology solutions
Track record of breaking into new divisions and stakeholders within large enterprise accounts
Background in P&L management and strategic business planning
