Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions based on real project experience
Translate complex analytical and AI concepts into clear, practical learning
Demonstrate modelling approaches such as:
System dynamics
Multi-criteria decision analysis
Confrontation analysis
Statistical and data-driven forecasting
Provide expert insight into enterprise software workflows, from architecture to deployment
Support clients in applying decision-science tools to real organizational challenges
Partner closely with the Client Solution Team to drive client‑focused engagement, shaping deal strategy and developing tailored, value‑led solutions and programme architectures that directly support the sales process and strengthen our competitive position
Qualification
Required
Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Operational Research or related field
Extensive professional experience across: AI, data science, and analytics
Extensive professional experience across: Software design and full lifecycle development (.NET, Python, Azure, REST)
Extensive professional experience across: Data modelling, Simulation, and mathematical methods
Extensive professional experience across: Enterprise consulting across the public and private sectors
Proven experience delivering complex projects such as: Decision-support systems
Proven experience delivering complex projects such as: High-integrity financial, statistical, or reporting applications
Proven experience delivering complex projects such as: Large-scale modelling or simulation tools
Ability to communicate advanced concepts to mixed technical audiences
Strong background in applied problem-solving, modelling, and system architecture
