Engineering Project Manager
Applied Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join their team as an Engineering Project Manager in Burnsville, MN. The role involves delivering projects on time and within budget, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Deliver projects on time and within budget by executing work according to defined scope, schedule, and financial targets
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, set expectations, establish timelines, and maintain strong working relationships
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify, secure, and manage the resources needed for successful project execution
Develop comprehensive project plans, including execution strategy, objectives, schedules, and cost structures
Track, measure, and report project performance for internal and external presentation
Collaborate closely with suppliers and partner teams to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and support smooth project delivery
Work onsite with the customer in Burnsville, MN for the duration of the project, transitioning to the Brooklyn Park, MN or other metro locations upon completion
Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners across southern Minnesota
Contribute to projects that impact communities in Faribault, Northfield, Owatonna, Waseca, and the greater Twin Cities

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline strongly preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years experience managing engineering projects
PMP Certification or equivalent experience
Ability to travel as needed
Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization
Passion for managing teams and driving results
Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
