Responsibilities
Independently leading enterprise-wide diagnostic and assessment engagements
Driving high-impact, cross-functional improvement initiatives
Operating as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Confidently interfacing with and challenging executives while assessing current-state processes
Identifying performance gaps
Presenting clear, compelling recommendations and business cases
Delivering continuous improvement, lean transformation, and operational excellence programs across multiple business functions
Influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
Managing complex improvement portfolios
Establishing governance and executive-ready reporting
Advancing organizational maturity through the development of standards, toolkits, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience delivering continuous improvement, lean transformation, and operational excellence programs across multiple business functions using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Strong focus on measurable KPIs and sustainable outcomes
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Experience managing complex improvement portfolios
Establish governance and executive-ready reporting
Help advance organizational maturity through the development of standards, toolkits, and best practices
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy
Experience working across multiple business units or with external clients
Preferred
A consulting background (e.g., Client, Client, or similar) is strongly preferred
