Required
10+ Years' Experience in Business Valuation and USPAP is essential
ASA, CBA, CVA, ABV Certification required
Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Experienced in project and staff management
Strong Analytical Skills, valuation drivers, risk factors, customer relationships, product/service USP, SWOT
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
Appraisal of Intellectual Property a plus
