Responsibilities
Partner with Sales Executives to prepare technical presentations, proposals, and client solutions
Act as a technical resource during client meetings, providing expertise on packaging design, materials, and manufacturing processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Support project coordination between customers and engineering/product development teams
Assist in developing customized packaging solutions aligned with brand and sustainability goals
Manage a small set of direct accounts, ensuring high service levels and growth
Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed
Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Materials Science) or related field
Experience in technical sales support or engineering within packaging or beauty industry
Strong understanding of packaging materials and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Willingness to travel regularly
