Behavioral Analyst

Responsibilities

Create and analyze personnel metrics related to fitness for a specific job area, training effectiveness, and other areas supporting effectiveness in a military setting
Create, conduct and analyze studies related to changes in a training curriculum or environment. Evaluation techniques may include A/B testing and other statistical methods
Create data summary visuals and other products to accessibly communicate complex topics to senior decision makers

Required

Willingness to quickly pick up new technologies
Strong oral and written communication skills
2+ years experience in a personnel analysis role, preferably in a military or government setting
Experience with R, Palantir Foundry, Qualtrics
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or other area related to Behavioral Analysis

Preferred

Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and visualizations
Experience with data collection and cleaning
Masters degree or higher in Psychology or other area related to Behavioral Analysis
