Responsibilities
Provide advice to external clients and internal stakeholders on complex discovery issues, draft briefs, negotiate protocols, and advise and counsel clients on data privacy, compliance and records retention, with a focus on AI frameworks
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Texas
At least seven years of prior experience in eDiscovery, including technological acumen in all major industry tools such as Relativity
Strong litigation and client counseling skills
Experience managing large, complex data sets
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Technological acumen in major industry tools
Ability to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
