Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of IBP and supply chain planning initiatives across multiple workstreams
Review and manage program health, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
Identify, triage, and resolve issues impacting planning outcomes, integrations, or timelines in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Translate IBP and planning business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
Drive backlog prioritization to balance business value, dependencies, and delivery risk
Coordinate system integrations and data flows across enterprise planning, ERP, sourcing, and supplier collaboration platforms
Facilitate alignment across supply chain, finance, engineering, and IT teams on design decisions and trade-offs
Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leadership, highlighting risks, mitigations, and value delivery
Lead change management, rollout, and adoption activities to ensure planning capabilities are fully embedded into business processes
Support continuous improvement of planning processes through governance, metrics, and feedback loops
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead
Proven experience delivering large-scale supply chain, planning, or ERP transformation programs
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple systems and stakeholders
Experience operating in enterprise environments with significant integration and dependency management needs
Strong program and dependency management across complex system landscapes
Experience with enterprise planning platforms (e.g., IBP, demand/supply planning, S&OP solutions)
Solid understanding of ERP and sourcing platforms
Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and analytics platforms
Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models
Preferred
Experience in EPC, capital projects, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments
Exposure to large-scale construction, asset-intensive, or globally distributed supply chains
Prior experience driving change management and adoption for enterprise planning tools
Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed organizations with evolving requirements
